These Terms of Use govern your use of synergyplainfieldil.com (the “Site”), operated by SYNERGY HomeCare of Plainfield (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
SYNERGY HomeCare of Plainfield is an independently owned and operated franchise of SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC. We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Home Services Agency, License #3003141, and provide non-medical adult home care services.
2. Not medical advice
The content on this Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
We provide non-medical adult home care services. We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, childcare, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are provided to adults only.
3. No care relationship is created by using this Site
Submitting a form, sending a message, or otherwise contacting us through the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services. Services begin only after we have discussed your needs, completed our intake process, and signed a written service agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit another person’s information without their permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by transmitting malware or automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content except as permitted below
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, photographs, and code — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
“SYNERGY HomeCare,” the SYNERGY HomeCare logo, and “Care that moves you” are trademarks and service marks of SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC, used under license. Nothing on this Site grants you any right to use those marks.
You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Information you submit
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it — including where you provide information about another person, such as a family member who may need care.
Information you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Text messaging is additionally governed by our SMS Terms.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to sites we do not control, including synergyhomecare.com and our Google Business Profile. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Employment applications
Career listings on the Site are informational and do not constitute an offer of employment. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship. Employment with us, if offered, is at will and subject to our hiring process, background checks, and applicable Illinois licensing requirements for home services agency employees.
9. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This section applies to the Site. It does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNERGY HomeCare of Plainfield, its owners, and its employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
